Are you a little unsure of what you want?

Don't want to jump right into a regular karate class?

Try our Karate Basics class for a fun and appropriate paced experience.

Looking to get in shape with something a little different? Try our Cardio Karate classes.  This is a no contact workout filled with continuous motion for muscle tone, flexibility and a healthy heart.

Are you feeling really adventurous?  Why not take both classes.
